Timber Shores is comprised of a nice variety of lakefront, wooded acreage and bayfront homesites. Each site is totally wooded and offers access to Castle Rock Lake either in deeded access or common area access. Meandering paved roads traverse the rolling terrain creating a very pleasing approach to all the sites. Roads and hiking/biking trails offer easy and convenient access to the private swimming pond and boat dock areas.

Lakefront Property

The lakefront homesites located along the main body of the lake offer incredible westerly views. These sites are primarily filled with large mature white pines, with a mixture of hardwoods such as maple and oak on some parcels. Enjoy amazing lake views and the privacy of mature woods on these parcels. All lakefront parcels include a boat slip.

Bayfront Homesites

The bayfront homesites are located just east of the main lake. These parcels also feature mature white pine mixed with some hardwoods, and have a true Northwoods feel. Bayfront parcels offer the best of both worlds - waterfront access with the privacy of being off the main lake. Bayfront parcels include a boat slip and have easy access to Castle Rock Lake.

Wooded Acreage Homesites

The off-water wooded acreage homesites located throughout Timber Shores offer great privacy and easy access to the waterfront by means of nature trails. These sites feature full-forested cover primarily in the hardwood mix but some of the lots do have white pines and red pines as well. Many of the off-water parcels include a boat slip on either the main lake or the bay area.
