Selection Process

Here are the six steps in our process that we take to find people to join our team at Naterra Land.
- When we first receive your resume, we review it thoroughly.
- If it looks like your background and experience fit our culture and the position's criteria, we will call you to discuss your background more thoroughly. During this interview, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about us.
- If it looks like a good fit, we will email you an on-line assessment.
- After the assessment is complete, we review your information and determine whether to arrange a face to face interview with you, the recruiter, and eventually with the hiring manager and their manager for top candidates. After the interview we may also ask you to take some additional assessments necessary for the open position.
- If you are interviewing for a position in one of our regional offices, you will then have an opportunity to meet some members of the local team and walk the land with the hiring manager to learn more about how we work.
- Lastly, we review all of the candidate information collected throughout this process before extending a job offer.
