1. Protective Covenants: Every property we develop comes with protective covenants.
2. Guaranteed Marketable Title: The title for every Naterra Land property is guaranteed to be marketable.
3. Guarantee of Buildability: Each of our homesites are suitable to build a single family residence. If the site is deemed unbuildable due to a regulation that was in place at the time of closing, we’ll repurchase the homesite for the original price. *
4. Power: Nearly all Naterra Land homesites come with power installed.
5. Legal Access: Each Naterra homesite has legal access bound to it.
6. Physical Access: We guarantee access to every property by a properly maintained road.
7. Guaranteed Survey: Each Naterra property comes with a survey performed by a licensed surveyor.
*This guarantee is effective for one year from the date of closing on the homesite and is non transferable.
