To safeguard the character and the quality of the land for you, your family, and generations to follow you, Naterra provides protective environmental covenants on all properties  we develop.  These are beneficial because they protect your property from unwanted use and provide rules for how your neighbors can and cannot use their property. Protective covenants can vary and should be reviewed before you purchase your property, especially when buying vacant land. Properties with protective covenants tend to hold their value much better than properties without.

We Guarantee The Property Is Buildable*

Naterra Land guarantees that our homesites meet the conditions of all local, state and federal regulations necessary to build a single family residence on the site.  If a government entity determines that a homesite is unbuildable due to a local, state or federal regulation that was in place at time of closing, we’ll repurchase the homesite for the original purchase price.*

 

*This guarantee is effective for one year from the date of closing on the homesite and is non transferable.
